It is more of a muted palette, compared to other MAC holiday palettes, but it still performs well. I used both synthetic and natural hair brushes on the eyeshadows, and I didn't have issues with pigment or application, and the matte shadows (next to nude and space cafe) blended out very well. The only thing going for this is the packaging ans the one neutral bronzey shimmer in the top right. The other 5 shades are almost non existent. I guess if you like a sheer wash of color- you might love it. But dont go in expecring normal MAC pigment. Glad i got this for pretty much free with a coup...

It's Alright
It is more of a muted palette, compared to other MAC holiday palettes, but it still performs well. I used both synthetic and natural hair brushes on the eyeshadows, and I didn't have issues with pigment or application, and the matte shadows (next to nude and space cafe) blended out very well. Light-Year Lilac is a frosty/shimmer shade that also blended out very well, and is really pretty, along with tip-taupe shape. Space Slipper is a bit dry/underwhelming, but a bit of Fix+ on a brush boosted it up a bit, which I was fine with. The only one I didn't care for was Galaxy Glimmer, which is an eye gloss. It applies beautifully, but as it sets/wears, it gets sticky, and starts feeling a bit uncomfortable on my lids. I've used other eye glosses, and they haven't gotten that sticky. I think the eye gloss formula could be better.
Disappointed
I expected better quality from MAC. The formula reminds me of children's eyeshadow palettes - chalky and barely pigmented. I liked that the colors leaned cool, but it's not worth it.
Not up to MAC standards or quality!
What a disappointment!! MAC's 2025 holiday collection was beyond underwhelming, & this palette was the worst. Colors were boring, and not what I expected.

surpringly good
Most of the shades are stains. the black shade is an oily, putty like consistency. you can wear it as lip gloss or sparkle up the other shades. will be bringing this everywhere with me. love the black and lilac shades. it's a palette that really stands out in my large collection.
