While we strive to create products that are gentle and safe for a variety of needs, we must acknowledge that we haven't thoroughly tested this particular product for color safety to make that claim. However, I can assure you that our product is free of SLS/SLES* sulfates, which are known to be significant contributors to color stripping. While this doesn't guarantee complete color safety, it does indicate that our product is formulated to be gentler on colors compared to products containing these sulfates. We always recommend doing a patch test or consulting with a professional if you have specific concerns about color safety. Changed formula
This used to be the best cowash. Then people started bashing Deva Curl for making their hair fall out & the formulas were changed. Y'all have STRESS from the pandemic mmkay, it ain't Deva Curl's fault! So now a once great cowash is mediocre and expensive. I would have paid for the old formula, not for this. Does a good cowash even exist anymore or is a story from the before-fore times?

Would give 0 stars, but not an option. This product caused a horrible rash which improved greatly once I stopped using. There's a class action lawsuit against Deva Curl. Ulta needs to stop selling their products.
