Liquid Powder's quick-dry formula sets within seconds, so we recommend working on one eye at a time. For a sheer wash of color, swipe the wand along your lid to apply a small amount--a little goes a long way. Blend with your finger using a gentle dabbing motion. For a deeper dose of color or to add a different shade, let your first layer dry completely. Apply another thin layer on top and gently blend.

Disappointing
The product itself is pretty when on. I bought it thinking it would save me time having to do eyeshadow and something I could do in the car. Definitely not. I like it
Was hesitant about trying creme eyeshadow, but this went on really smooth and it is a matte tint which works perfectly for the look I wanted. Being over 70, this was perfect.

I have tried many of the colors and I like burnish for a simple, natural brown color. I like that it doesn't budge once it's on, but it dries extremely fast, before you can finish really blending. And the second it's dry, if you touch it, it pills and balls up and rubs off in a patchy way. I'd say this happens with 2-3 seconds, so you have to be prepared to blend really fast. Probably best for like a stripe of color instead of a smudged look. But I still try. You can see in the pic, toward my inner eye, I didn't blend fast enough, so it is pilling a little and not a perfect blend.
Beautiful shades, frustrating applicator

I really like the shades, especially any of the gold tones, and I like being able to swipe it on like lip gloss. It lasts through the day and doesn't crease too much. While I loved the applicator in the beginning, I am now finding it frustrating because the tips keep falling off inside the tube and you can't get all the eye shadow out. I think have about 30% of the eye shadow left in the tube that I can't easily get to. Maybe a twist pencil applicator?

I love not only the color, but the fact that it really does stay put without creasing for the entire day. I work in landscaping and start my day at 5:30 in the morning. When I return home at 6-7 pm it is still in place. Amazing!
