Liquid Powder's quick-dry formula sets within seconds, so we recommend working on one eye at a time. For a sheer wash of color, swipe the wand along your lid to apply a small amount--a little goes a long way. Blend with your finger using a gentle dabbing motion. For a deeper dose of color or to add a different shade, let your first layer dry completely. Apply another thin layer on top and gently blend.

Disappointing
The product itself is pretty when on. I bought it thinking it would save me time having to do eyeshadow and something I could do in the car. Definitely not. It dries way to fast and you have to rub your eyes a lot - not trying to give myself more wrinkles! The worst part is the applicator. The lipgl...

Great base
This works exactly as described. It dries very quickly, so you do need to tap it in right away before it sets. Once it dries, I recommend letting it fully set before applying more. I haven't experienced any crumbling or fallout at all. The finish is smooth and stays in place once it's dry. I mostly use this as an eyeshadow base, and for that purpose it works well and holds up nicely throughout the day. Decent product overall, especially if you're comfortable working quickly during application.
My Go-To Eyeshadow
I have used Ilia Liquid Powder Eye Tint for a couple of years now and just keep buying more colors. I absolutely love it. The colors are great and true to what you see, and the shadow stays in place all day without creasing, flaking, or coming off. I will buy this product as long as they will sell it.
Wanted to love it but…
The color is so beautiful but it comes off in weird pills and does not blend at all- if you try to blend, it just rubs off.
Burns
I want to love these eyeshadows but everytime I try to wear them my eyelids burn and sting and turn bright red. I use the Multi Stick product with zero issues.
Burns my eyes and doesn't blend well.
I love Ilia products and wanted to like this but it burns my eye lids. I've never had that happen and my skin isn't that sensitive. I'm afraid I will be returning it.
