It makes them feel moisturized while the product is on my lips, it doesnt dry them out once its worn off but it doesnt seem to be improving my lips, just hydrates them while its on. moisturizing

Oil good, leaks out tube
I like the oil, I like the tint that it leaves and the stain however, I have to keep it at home sitting upright because it leaks really bad. Do not carry it in your purse or your make up bag or you will have a mess. That's really a shame because most people do want to carry their lip oils or balms in their bag. I bought three hoping that the first two were defects but nope, it leaks.
