I LOVE the original Chloé always have, does this smell just like it but more potent or does it have hints or notes of anything else added to the formula? I have worn other parfum that have an intense version of the original but there is always something extra added to it… I am wanting basically the SAME Chloé only more INTENSE without any other notes added… thanks!!

Chloe EDP is a fresh powdery floral fragrance with top notes of peony, heart notes of rose petals, and magnolia, and base notes of cedar, and ambergris. We hope this helps! As soon as I sprayed it I was not sure if I liked the smell or not but after a certain time I was able to get its floral fresh scent, which I liked! The fragrance stayed on until next day, so I liked that part! It's also very subtle and gives you no headache, definitely good for people who can't bear strong perfumes! Overall it's pretty decent, not sure if I will buy it though!

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. For me, Chloe is always a 'hit or miss' - it's very delicate and stereotypically feminine, but sometimes can be a bit overpowering on the floral side. This one is actually nice. The amber/cedar notes tone down the floral that can be overwhelming sometimes. As a higher end brand, their packaging is always sleek, and looks great on a shelf (or in a purse). I do like the sample size, as I can toss it in my bag for during the day. For the cost, I would probably not repurchase, but only because I can find dupes that are more affordable, but the staying power always wins with the original.
