I have long thick hair should i use the small barrel or large?
- Asked by Britt
- Official Answer By L'ange Hair - Brand EngageBoth barrels can create beachy or voluminous curls, but the 32mm styles faster—especially on longer, thicker hair—thanks to its larger surface area. Was this answer helpful to you

- Q
What is the recommended temperature?
- Asked by Gail
- Official Answer By L'ange Hair - Brand EngageIt's difficult to recommend one exact temperature, as several factors come into play—such as hair type, condition, density, and texture. This iron offers a range of 300°F to 450°F. As a best practice, start at a lower temperature and gradually increase it until you achieve your desired result. For sensitized, fragile, or damaged hair, it's especially important to keep the temperature on the lower end. And always remember to use a heat protectant to minimize damage. Was this answer helpful to you

What is the voltage for this unit? I am looking for something to travel internationally with.

- Q
Does it work un Usa and uk dual voltage
- Asked by Colleen
- Official Answer By L'ange Hair - Brand EngageYes! This tool is dual voltage (110V-240V), which means it can be used both in the USA and the UK. You'll just need a plug adapter to fit the outlets in the UK since the plug shape differs. The tool will automatically adjust to the correct voltage, so no converter is needed! Was this answer helpful to you

Le Pirouette vs The Beachwaver
I have pretty much all of L'ange's hair tools, so I was super stoked when this was released. I had been using the Beachwaver, which I can't deny that it works. However, it's ceramic - this is tourmaline - so, it really does so much better for my hair. My curls stay in longer. I have long, thick coar...

Not worth the money
I was completely underwhelmed by this product. It's a lot of hype for basically a regular curling iron. And when you use the rotation feature it makes it hard to find the clamp to release. Just feel like it is an over glorified curling iron with half a clamp. And honestly I would love to return it b...

Burned my arm twice & curls don't hold
Reviewed at

I have the Le Duo but I always like trying different tools for different outcomes. I have burned my arm at least twice (bad burns with blisters), and I think it's because of the length of the wand. I have gloves but my burns are higher up. My hair slips out of the clip no matter how much hair I put in there at a time - it just isn't snug enough. My styles using the Le Duo have lasted for a week (I wash my hair about once a week, and although the curls loosen, I love the different looks). I'm lucky if the Le Pirouette lasts a full day, and I have to keep using it daily if I'm going out to refresh what curl is left. I have a cheap Remington straightener that gives better curls that last until I wash my hair. I wish I had returned it.
Burnt my finger badly

Burnt my finger badly when trying to unclip the clip portion. Pulled my hair aggressively and when trying to stop it I almost burnt my forehead. Curls weren't that great and frizzed my hair at bottom. Worst curler I've ever used!

It was difficult for me to use. I was afraid I would burn my ears or face. It only has a tiny little part to hold your hair. It did get nice and hot. It just isn't for me.
