Size:
Prior to application, align nails with tab sides facing your cuticles and find correct size for each nail (jot down the # found on the tab on each nail--1 is largest, 11 is smallest--for future use.) When you are in between sizes go smaller, not larger.
Prep:
Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Use included cuticle stick to push back any excess skin. Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad (the most important step), to clean nails for better adhesion. (You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad.)
Apply:
Peel backing from nail then press it down on your natural nail, in the center and at both sides at the same time. Hold for 30 seconds. (Press on thumbnails last.)
If there is exposed adhesive, brush clear nail polish between your nail and the imPRESS and press down.
Wait at least an hour to wet hands or file nails if desired.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Contains flammable Prep Pad. Wear beyond 7 days is not recommended.

I wore these nails and did dishes all week ( I wore gloves over them ) as well as baked 2 cakes and they never fell off! they started getting loose and broken by the end of the week but they're definitely good for a whole week and the kit comes with 30 nails so you could probably get 2 sets of nails or more out of it. Overall I highly recommend this product!

Love these for someone at 62 years young!
Note that I also purchased brush on glue and also used the nail sticky strip for added strength. I haven't had nails in decades and I play tennis in these, shower, etc. I have big hands and fingers and they fit!!
