Perfect for morning minimalist routine
I started using this cleanser when I couldn't find my beloved Neutrogena skin balancing milk (pink bottle) and like it just as much! I have very oily acne-prone skin and I've found that this cleanser doesn't strip my face and prevents my skin from going into in oil production hyperdrive. My face fee...

Beware: 3 different types of oil!
For years, I used the neutrogena unfraganced gentle cleansing lotion until it was discontinued last year. This came out as its replacement, so in August of this year I accepted change and picked up a bottle. I initially liked it because I thought it was good for dry skin. I have now used up 2 bottl...

I won't be buying this oily mess again
I bought this in substitute for the micellar Cleansing Milk that I have been using which is great. Ulta told me neutrogena made this oily mess to replace my original makeup remover face wash. This new stuff smells like plastic. It's oily and irritating. I wish I would have stopped and read reviews in the store before I bought it. It's getting returned today.
Smelly..😐
Don't recommend if you are sensitive to scents
Yes I would
I am a licensed esthetician. This product is a really great step in double cleansing. I use this after my 1st cleanse. It's a great and gentle wash that is ideal for sensitive and/or dryer skin types. I would not use it alone, as it will not foam up.

I started using this cleanser when I couldn't find my beloved Neutrogena skin balancing milk (pink bottle) and like it just as much! I have very oily acne-prone skin and I've found that this cleanser doesn't strip my face and prevents my skin from going into in oil production hyperdrive. My face feel pillowy soft instead of tight. I especially like to use it in the morning, throw on some CC cream, and call it good. I agree with other reviewers that it's not the best formula for removing makeup (I prefer something that lathers like Neutro's ultra gentle foaming cleanser for that), but it's perfect for my minimalist morning skin routine.
