Great production for setting my foundation, makes my face look and feel very smooth
I have never written a review before but felt absolutely obligated to after seeing a picture of myself in this for the first time. The flashback is AWFUL. I'm so dissapointed because I was loving this stuff. It goes on so silky smooth and gave me a flawless finish but taking pictures is so horrendous that it makes the product not worth it. I am going to finish this jar out only using it on days where I know I won't be in pictures and then I will not be buying it again.

I use this product to set my makeup and make it not look so oily

This is THE worst setting powder I have ever used in my life. It looks awful and cakes onto random parts of your face that it wants to. Get something else, I beg of you. Don't waste your money on this. You will only be disappointed.
Antonina from Seattle, WA
This is the worst product I have ever used. It is so messy and it looks terrible on my skin. It doesn't set my makeup, all it does is ruins it.
Car from Tampa FL
Looks like legit sunscreen not rubbed in through pictures. Don't waste your money

I've tried a lot of drugstore powders, but this one has to be my favorite. I use it on top of the IT Cc cream and the finish is beautiful, though creasing is inevitable under the eyes. Not too white/no flashbacks, but I am very pale

This was way too drying for me. It also caused a headache, bad taste on my tongue and mild nausea shortly after using. I do not recommend this if you have dust allergies.

Every time I use this it leaves this weird white cast over my face, and clings to certain spots on my face making me look patchy. Not to mention it has the worst smell ever, It's so hard not to breathe it in. After this fail I just got the Anastasia BH loose powder and it works great. Has none of the flaws I listed here.

I cannot believe how truly awful this powder is. Not only is it messy and smells horrible but it doesn't blend out and leaves my foundation looking patchy. My fiancé asked me if I had poison ivy on my face when my skin is blemish free. After that I threw it in the trash and immediately knew I had to go back to my usual powder.

Sets my skin flawlessly for the entire day. I never need to reapply powder and after setting my face, I'm shine free. Definitely my favorite powder, just need to be a little light handed as it does leave a white cast if you put too much.

No matter how much I try to blend this in, in some lighting you can still see white patches. If it looks ok in the bathroom, it won't look ok in the bedroom, etc. I cannot go out comfortably with this on knowing in some lighting the patches will show up.

1) doesn't work well as a "finishing powder"
2) smells like chlorine
Try something else!

This is a great price and does apply nicely. However, right now, my life is one huge STRESS ball. So, tears flow often. My face, after a cry, looks like a sandy desert after a rain storm. You can see every path the tears traveled. NOT a good look. To be fair, most people will not be crying like me. However, I don't like the way it makes under my eyes look in general. I feel my other powder covers better and will be going back to that one ( honest beauty blurring powder)

First off I know some of the complaints are about the white cast this gives it's not 100% translucent.. but it works for me. I am super pale and usually the lights color of foundation so this works perfect for me. I love using this to set concealer under my eyes and lasts long even on a hot day while wearing a face mask! I do dislike the packaging I find it's hard to use a little at a time and when it closes there is a poof of dust in the air. Best to empty it in another container for use. Other than that I prefer this over coty airspun and some other popular face powders.

Smells gross and makes you sneeze like crazy
Elsa from Portland
Makes my skin look smooth and pore-less ( my pores are not small). Wears well through out the day, with no oil breakthrough. Nor does it dry out my skin. No issues with flashback.

I've been an MUA since 2013. This is a dupe for the MUFE one, if you were trained in this you'd learn that this isn't really a setting powder. It's a FINISHING powder meant to go on top of a face that's already set you only need a TINY, TINY amount and you should apply it with a black tipped kabuki brush like the MUFE or ELF one because MUFE made it black for a reason, you shouldn't see the powder on the brush or smell the silica. From there you just press it on in areas with texture and it will give that diffusing effect.
This wasn't intended for baking. If you use too much or use it like a setting powder you'll look ghostly or get that patchy powder glow in pics. If you do put too much, try applying something like fix+ because the "wetness" can tone down some of that flashback

I love to use this to set my undereye that has VERY fine lines where concealer settles, and I rarely have issues with it selling. It is very fine, so be careful when opening! Also great for all over the face. Worth a try for the price!

No matter how lightly I dust this over my face, I get awful flashback. If I walk into a room where a little light is shining on me, I look like a ghost. I'm already super pale, so this is pretty shocking, lol. This just isn't a good product and I recommend going with a different setting powder.

This powder is amazing! I have tried every powder from high end to low and nothing works as well as this! It is the only loose powder that stops my under eye from creasing. You have to use the right brush, and be very light handed with it. If used properly the results are flawless, long lasting, and truly amazing. I also love that it isn't full of fillers and other useless ingredients. It's simple and works! The only thing I would change would make the packaging a little better, so less comes out at a time. However if used the way it's supposed to be used it's holy grail status for me!

I'm excited to use this!
I was kinda banking on it coming with a little powder pad thingy though, because I don't have any brushes or anything yet :/ but I did find a way to try it out and I'm excited to get a decent applicator for it! it does the job.
KLB from Interlochen Mich
I liked it very much but not sure how much I will use it-not every day
imagigi from dalton ga
I love this powder! My skin feels silky, my makeup stays on all day, and no flashback. I tend to agree with a few other users. Too many women dont really know how to apply their makeup. So then they give bad reviews.
I even work in a plant and sweat in the summer...and i still have makeup on at the end of the day. This is my absolute #1 go to!
Lex from North Las Vegas
The product is grainy to touch. Don't waste your money.
Hlolms from Atlanta
This is a great little product. I have extremely oily skin. If I apply makeup by 8am, by 10 it's an oily mess. With this powder, I did not need to reapply until about 2pm, and I had to use just a dab. It also doesn't make me look pale, which is a huge bonus for these kind of powders. I will continue to use this gem! I just wish it came in a bigger size....however a little seems to go a long way, so hopefully it's not a frequent purchase.
Kaylee from UT
I use both the translucent and the tinted one, I love them both. I have used them for about the last two years.
