The Diane Hanging Shower Comb features rounded teeth that are gentle on hair and scalp. Ideal for wet detangling or evenly distributing conditioner.
Gently detangle wet hair starting with the ends and work upward. Comb can also be used in the shower to evenly distributor conditioner throughout hair.
My hair is dry and damaged. I brushed out clumps of hair with my usual tool at my last shampooing which made me want to cry.
I bought this comb to incorporate into an improved hair care routine. The teeth are well spaced and the comb will flex in attempt to avoid pulling on the hair. I combed out very few strands and I am therefore elated with this purchase.
I got this comb to detangle and comb conditioner through my hair in the shower. The size is good and the teeth are smooth and well spaced, but I found that the comb is too flexible for me to use on my thick, textured ethic hair. The flexibility made it too difficult to use as a detangler because it was bending whenever there was resistance. Consequently I couldn't work out the knots without it moving in my hand. It's not impossible but it's more work than necessary for the task. For someone with straighter hair it will probably work fine but I wouldn't recommend it to curlies or others with a lot of texture.
This is a good basic shower comb. It's pretty sturdy.
Handle and spine far too flexible.
Since dying my hair, it's been drier/ more textured and therefore more difficult to comb through when conditioning. This has helped to work the conditioner through my hair better than just using my fingers without breaking my hair. This brush is perfect; it has just enough give so that it's not too rough!
