Step 1. Dot the liquid concealer onto imperfections or under the eyes to conceal the look of dark circles.
Step 2. Pat the concealer with a finger or brush to blend.

Second concealer i ever used, tarte being my first. I have over 10 concealer brands in my makeup drawer but i always come back to use this one. something magical is in it. It does not crease at all, it doesnt pill and its not drying!! coming from someone with the dryest skin on earth. Conceals acne perfectly especially if you use a dot of green color corrector beforehand, also coming from someone who struggles with awful hormonal acne.
