Oh this is so lux and intense in the best way! First this cream goes a very long way. If you wanted to use this during day I would use just the tiniest amount. Idk what's up with all the negative reviews. I had tried so many different products for my under eyes and nothing seemed to work until I found this one! It has been a life changer! My under eyes were so sensitive that everything that I tried was not enough to moisturize that area. Everything I tried made it itchy and dry. Ever since I started using this product my under eye is no longer dry or neither do I have lines. I just love it makes my make up and concealer look so smooth even after applying loose powder. I love how moist it is and that I don't have to use a lot. I will totally be ordering again!

Why would you change the formula on a perfect eye cream? It was my holy grail for YEARS & YEARS! This new formula is beyond AWFUL! Has a strong fragrance- made my eyes watery and burn! I had a terrible reaction to it. It is nowhere near as hydrating as the previous formula! I'm so disappointed and BB just lost a lifetime customer. Off to support another business who cares what their customers think and where they spend their money.

I do not have sensitive skin, nor have I ever had an allergic reaction to ANYTHING in my life. I've put a lot of crud on my face over the years and have never had so much as a blemish from a negative response. I don't know what the heck is in this stuff, but oh my god did my face swell into one burning red hot, itchy, tingly blotchy mess. The weird part is, under my eyes was unfazed and my normal skin tone, while the rest of my face turned into Marvel's Red Skull. I tried it twice just to make sure it wasn't anything else I was using, but I knew for sure when it was the first thing I put on in the morning. Please be cautious when using this stuff, especially if you have sensitive skin.

I have used this eye cream for years. It was the best! I recommended it to my sister and she LOVED it. The new formula is awful. It caused the skin around my eye to feel almost blistered. Why would you change something that was so good? I have now tried several high end eye creams and can't find one that compares to the old cream. Please bring the old formula back and notify me when you do.

I got this product from a Bobbi Brown kit I bought during the spring sale. It came with the matching Bobbi Brown intense face cream and a bottle of the soothing cleansing oil. Overall it was a pretty good deal and I wish they did more skincare kits! The cream itself is thick and luxurious so a little goes a long way. My skin feels moisturized and hydrated. I use it only once a day before I go to bed.
