After shampooing + rinsing, depending on the thickness of your hair, squeeze a dime to quarter-sized amount into your palm. On wet hair, apply from the bottom and work your way to the top. Wait 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

I love Kristin Ess hair products and how they have a great variety to choose from. I love the light scents and how they don't weigh my hair down. They don't cause irritation to my sensitive skin. I would definitely recommend this product!
