Q
Hello, Can i use this product with my regular shampoo? also do i only massage at the ends or i can massage my scalp as well with this product.
Asked by Anila
Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi Anila! Use the Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm in place of your regular conditioner and along with whatever shampoo works best for you. Depending on the condition of the hair, this mask can be used once a week, once every other week or several times a week. Damaged hair tends to be mostly on the ends so you can spot treat those areas that need the most attention if you prefer. However, there is no reason not to give all your hair a luxurious, hydrating treatment at the same time. Was this answer helpful to you

Q
I recently used a sample of this L'Oréal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm and fell in love with the product, but unfortunately when I went to buy a full-size of this I was almost positive that it has almond products included in the ingredients, but my further inspection has came up clear. Because of my almond allergy, is this product free of this allergen?
Asked by L'Oréal Lover
Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi L'Oréal Lover! We are so happy you like Total Repair 5 Damage Erasing Balm! Thank you for your inquiry concerning almonds in our products. Most ingredients derived from these sources are highly refined and retain no traces of allergenic proteins. For less refined ingredients from natural sources, The L'Oréal Group has established strict limits on the level of potentially allergenic proteins. We believe that this policy minimizes the likelihood of reactions to these proteins in the majority of sensitive individuals. However, since individuals exhibit a wide range of sensitivities to these proteins, if you have any questions or concerns you should discuss with your medical care provider. All the ingredients we use in a product are listed on the package or the label of the product itself. For products too small to accommodate the list, a separate ingredient list is available on the display unit in the store for your convenience. I'm wondering if I can use this product on permed hair? My hair unfortunately has no body whatsoever unless I have it permed so I don't want to lose the perm too soon but I'd like a little extra conditioning as it seems a little dry and dull.

To be extra safe you can also ask your stylist that permed your hair just in case she used other products on your hair during the process. good product for the right problem

This product is great if you're using it for what it's for: very brittle, overprocessed hair. If your hair is simply frizzy or dry, then this isn't the product you should be using, as this is definitely a protein treatment. Using this on hair that isn't suffering from breakage or too brittle will dr...

Used it on my bleached dark hair that had become far more unmanageable than I was used to. Literally watched as the messy dry strands began to uniformly cling together like before bleach.

This saved my hair!

By Shannon

From Greenwood DE

I had an at home hair dye mishap which reaulted in a bleach bath at the salon to fix it. My hair felt absolutely HORRIBLE. It was dry, straw like and stiff. I got this along with the shampoo and conditioner and it saved my hair. I noticed a huge difference after just 1 use! I use it after every shampoo and my hair is so soft, manageable and not stuff at all. And gor the price you can't beat it! Must have product.
