Terrible packaging
Ive ourchased this item twice and both times , it leaks out of the bottle wasting the entire product & its not cheap to keep wasting. Product works really well with my skin and hormonal acne but terrible packaging.
Leaky packaging
This product leaked all over my bag. I thought maybe the package got damaged, some kind of way. However, based on some other reviews, this has happend to others. I kept the bottle, because of how much I paid for it, but I keep it in a solo cup. I am satisfied with the actual product, though. I purchased this as an alternative to the Skinceuticals LHA/SA cleanser, as that one made my skin shine like a buffed floor, but not oily, which kind of scared me. This cleanser leaves my skin with that squeaky clean feeling, without the buffed shiny look. Like the Skinceuticals cleanser, it does have that menthol cooling effect, which can be nice, but irritating, as Im using a retinoid at night. Overall, Im happy with the actual product, packaging needs to be better, and an option without the menthol would be great! Thank you for coming to my TED Talk, hehe
LEAKS EVERYWHERE
This arrived sealed around the cap, yet it was still leaking all over the box. I thought maybe the top wasn't screwed on tight enough. Left it on the counter, leaking everywhere! Makes such a huge mess and I dont know why it is leaking, but I'm losing all of the product, which is really annoying. The product itself is good, I use it when I'm having a PD flare up, but the fact that it doesn't seal is really frustrating.
TAKE OUT THE MENTHOL
This would be a perfect product if it didn't have useless, burning fragrance in it. I don't need my face to be literally, actually MINTY to believe that the medication is working and it's actually cleaning and clearing my skin. Infuriating. I'm glad the product still works for some people but so many people cannot use it because of this
HOLY GRAIL
so good!! ive dealt with acne for as long as i can remember and this has worked better than anything else ive tried over 10 years. it is a bit drying so i use it every other day but it works great.
