Why does Estée Lauder charge $12 for a pump that costs them about 50 cents?! What bad marketing. The pump should be part of the foundation purchase, built into the cost as so many other quality foundations do. I love the foundation but lose respect for the company that does this.

So it works great no complaints but I do think that for the price that we pay for the make up we should get it included with the foundation should not have to buy it separately.

Like others, I was surprised I needed to purchase this. I understand the blue plastic is not as elegant as the golden cap but the pump should come free of charge with a purchase of the foundation. I never thought I would like a matte finish or an all day wear type of foundation. I was wrong, I thoroughly like it because I perspire a lot in the summer months and this stays put throughout the day without having to reapply.

So far, extremely positive experience with this pump. Keeps bacteria & oil on your skin from contaminating the bottle of foundation (always a problem with using straight from the bottle) & prevents wasting foundation from removing too much from bottle (always a problem when you pour). But to be fair, for the price of the foundation, the pump should be included, not have to be purchased seperately.

These pumps are insanely cheap. I've had 3 and all three have broken before the bottle of foundation was even empty. They won't unlock when you twist them, they give you no foundation or shoot it across the room, and they are super messy. I'll clean them up after use but when I go back to them the next day the foundation has bubbled out of the tip and run down the neck. I actually wasted LESS pouring it out than using these terrible pumps!
Leaks
As if it isnt bad enough i had to buy this pump separately what's even worse is that it sucks. It either sticks and wont pump even when unlocked or it leaks. 0/10.

While this pump is not exciting, I am glad that I purchased it. One pump is enough foundation, in fact, I should try to not press the pump all the way down to use a little less.
