Q
I have been using your green soap to remove dark spots on my face. it worked good for a min and then i started noticing little red pimples popping up and then they start truing dark leaving more dark spots on my face. what can I use to fix this problem.
Asked by yoyo
Official Answer By Good Molecules - Brand Engage
Thank you so much for your question! Feel free to also utilize the Discoloration Correction Serum along with sunscreen every single day. These products, along with the Brightening & Dark Spots Bar, will help out quite a bit. Darkness will only appear/reappear on the skin from sun exposure, so please ensure that your skin is protected at all times, as the Kojic Acid in the cleansing bar can at times cause sun sensitivity. Now, if irritation starts or redness and bumps continue, please discontinue use.Was this answer helpful to you

Q
Is this product non-comedogenic?
Asked by Hannah
Official Answer By Good Molecules - Brand Engage
Hi! We definitely understand your concerns with the products' potential to clog pores. However, we’re hesitant about applying the non-comedogenic label to our products since there is no universal and agreed upon guideline. Comedogenic scales often vary depending on the source. When an ingredient is tested in a lab to determine the comedogenic capability, it is done in a rabbit's ear which is much more sensitive than human skin. Individual skin chemistry can determine the extent of an ingredient’s ability to clog pores, so it is highly variable between people. As such, the only way to be certain is to actually try out the product. The same ingredient when used in a different concentration or within a different formulation will vary as far as being comedogenic or not. I hope this information is helpful and please let me know if any other questions come up!Was this answer helpful to you

Keeps my melasma in check without irritation

Thrilled to see Good Molecules at Ulta! I first purchased the *Discoloration Correcting Serum* last year as part of a trio (which included the *Niacinamide Toner* and *Daily Brightening Serum*) to combat melasma as well as hyperpigmentation left by acne rosacea and eczema flares. I'd run out of a pr...

not for sensitive skin

After a lot of trial and error and money spent on quality skincare, I had finally gotten my sensitive skin to a point where it was staying soft, smooth, and relatively hydrated, and I was very pleased. I do have some melasma from intense sun exposure in the past, and it is the one skincare problem I...

Good but not amazing

Ive repurchased this product twice, I used it for a few months and I can't say ive seen a huge difference. It does feel good on my skin, it takes a while to soak in but it leaves my skin looking shiny (or glowy) which I like. But I cant say for sure it's really made a huge difference. When I layer it with Azeliac Acid it does have an earthy smell.

I've been using this on my 81yr old mom for hyperpigmentation for the last week and we're both noticing that they're steadily fading! She's only been using it in the morning following with elf suntouchable. Since we've seen results well both be using it at night now

As someoke with dry but clog and hyperpigmentation prone skin this serum has done wonders. It is hydrating and has a milky consistency that nourishes while transexemic acid does the job of fading dark spots which my indian skin always gets from acne. After the first 1.0 oz bottle I saw great results and I am now almost done with my 2.5 oz bottle. This product is best used in place of lightweight moisturizer if you have clog or acne prone skin I think that is where most people go wrong with it.
