Can you put this under gel or regular polish

Great product that helps leave nails harder and stronger after 2 or three coats. The dry time quick is fairly quick. This formula helps reduce chipping and cracks.

Not amazing but not horrible. It works but takes multiple coats over a long period of time to be effective. I'm honestly not sure if it was just the number of accumulated coats or if it actually strengthened my nails.
