I have never had a lot of acne or breakouts. However, as I've aged I've notice the more frequent occurrence of painful blind pimples to coincide with monthly hormone changes. I ran across this when looking for a spot treatment and decided to try it based on reviews specifically regarding blind pimples. The product has high viscosity and seemed thin, so I was skeptical. However, it works so fast it is like a magic eraser. After one night my blind pimple was far less painful and dramatically reduced in size. After a second night of use it was not painful and all and almost unnoticeable. I was thoroughly impressed. I recently tried it on a regular pimple and had equally fast results. I put a little from the bottom directly on the blemish. There is no need to squeeze the bottle because the product is very viscous. I will use a Q-tip to feather or smooth any product out from the edges of the affected area. I can wear tinted moisturizer over it without any issue. I am truly amazed at how fast and well it worked at clearing stubborn painful blemishes.

I was worried about trying this since they reformulated the "buffering lotion" but it works just as well! Works on the under skin bumps that havent made a head, i used last night and this morning its way smaller and no pain!! Holy grail for sure
