I've used and loved the product for 25 years. Did you change the formula? Did you fire your quality control department? The picture on this page shows the product that I know and love. Instead, I got this nearly empty pot of gritty gunk.

i bought the oil and cream today. opened it up to find half of it is empty??? and i cant seem to get much "cream" without grainy texture, some grains bigger than sand. i've never used this product before and will never use it again, should have read the bad reviews first.
Silly Putty New Packaging
Feels, smells, and looks like silly putty. Regret buying this so much. Feels greasy and doesn't absorb into cuticlss or skin. My cuticles looked just as bad after using this product, if not worse because they were covered in a greasy and rubbery paste. No long term imrpovements either. But hey, everyone is different maybe you love rubbing silly putty on your fingers and no one can stop you. Just don't come crying to me when the product wont rub into your skin and it just sits on top………..

I'm so happy I decided to buy this cuticle massage cream because it works really well. It's a thick cream that easily absorbs when you massage it into your cuticles. My cuticles can get very dry and peel but this product prevents it from occurring. As you can see from the pictures I'm getting low because I use it often. This is the second or third time I've repurchased this product because it makes my cuticles soft and moisturized. Also, it smells really good. I would highly recommend this cuticle cream if you want soft cuticles.

Less Cream in Pods

I have been buying this product for years and have been very happy with how it works for me. However, recently I noticed that the cream in the pods has been reduced by 1/4 to 1/3, yet I am paying the same price I have always paid. I thought this was a malfunction in their machinery but realized that this is your version of "shrink-flation." I am very disappointed in this and have decided that I will no longer purchase this product.
