I've used and loved the product for 25 years. Did you change the formula? Did you fire your quality control department? The picture on this page shows the product that I know and love. Instead, I got this nearly empty pot of gritty gunk.

Silly Putty New Packaging
Feels, smells, and looks like silly putty. Regret buying this so much. Feels greasy and doesn't absorb into cuticlss or skin. My cuticles looked just as bad after using this product, if not worse because they were covered in a greasy and rubbery paste. No long term imrpovements either. But hey, everyone is different maybe you love rubbing silly putty on your fingers and no one can stop you. Just don't come crying to me when the product wont rub into your skin and it just sits on top………..

I have been buying this product for years and have been very happy with how it works for me. However, recently I noticed that the cream in the pods has been reduced by 1/4 to 1/3, yet I am paying the same price I have always paid. I thought this was a malfunction in their machinery but realized that this is your version of "shrink-flation." I am very disappointed in this and have decided that I will no longer purchase this product.

Probably one of my favorite cuticle creams ✨ I have been using this product for over a year and I really love it. It applies so effortlessly and you only need a tiny amount! It also has such a pleasant scent 😍
Works like a charm!
My cuticles were dry and cracked and just not pretty. I bought this and after a few days i noticed a huge improvement. So i use it every night at bed time and my nails and cuticles are the healthiest they've been in a long time! Also smells amazing!
