Beach Towel
I guess I'm different from what most people are saying. I put it on and immediately fell in love with it. To me it reminds me of when your towel is lying on the beach or at the pool and has absorbed the heat of the sun for a long time and the surrounding smells in the air. It is a little bit like fresh laundry, but also with fresh air and beachiness. Example, when you get out of the pool and you're freezing and you run over to get your hot towel from the chair... the way it smells right then in your face. yep I love it
Glad I purchased only trial size
I wanted a daily wear, light fragrance. This was described as a clean, cotton, linen. I found it to be more floral and had an almost chemical smell. Perhaps it just reacts that way to my body chemistry. One and done on this one, for me.
For When You Just Want To Smell Clean
I get why some reviewers may have been put off by the scent... it's very reminiscent of a dryer sheet, rather than a traditional perfume. So, if you want to smell like still-warm laundry you'll love it. It translates as clean to everyone because you smell like you just showered and got dressed. I used to have a sampler set of 5ml rollerballs many years ago and I found the bottle of this one in particular the other day, still about a third full, so it must have been a least favorite. I think I preferred Fresh Laundry. The Rain one smells a bit like Love's Rain Scent, which you'll remember if you're more "mature" like me. lol I'd suggest everyone sample the Clean line. They're great to have around when you want to smell good, but not like you tried too hard.
Last time buyer
Smells horrible, smells like cleaning solution or disinfectant. I waa hoping for a freah clean smell but not that kind of clean.
