Repaired my lips within a week
My lips were wrecked — by evening they looked like two tiny shriveled raisins no matter what I put on them. My dermatologist gave me a medicated balm I used for a month straight, and the second I stopped, things got even worse. I tried every combo of balms, hydrators, and occlusives. Nothing helped....

I have extremely dry lips and was looking for a replacement for Avene's Cold Cream balm (old formula). This product had so many positive reviews that I though it would be worth a try. Love
I've tried so many lip products, and so far this has worked the best, epecially from preventing cracked lip corners. I have since purchased more tubes with the buy 1 get 1 40% off promo. Definitely worth it. Not too slippery but not sticky either.
Soft Lips!!!
My lips were so chapped and this cream felt so good when applied. In three days my lips were totally healed and soft again! My dental hygienist recommended it, and she should know, seeing so many lips!
Anti-Restorative
I got this on sale and thought it would be nice since I get dry, irritated lips from time to time, especially in the winter. I used this lip cream before bed and my lips were dry and red and chapped for at least two days. I had to use rosehips oil on my lips every night for a week to get my lips to stop being so messed up. I tried this lip cream again - just to make sure it wasn't a coincidence and my lips became dry and red again.
Not the same formula!
So disappointed they changed the old formula. I have dealt with optopic dermatitis and it was the only Chapstick that did not irritate my lips. Unfortunately this new formula does irritate them now. Don't fix what isn't broken!
