Great product but not for long hair!

just trying to get it off the shelves
I tried the sample size because of the sale and I wanted to try the rest of the line. Their CC creme and leave in conditioner spray are fantastic, but this product was terrible. It came out as a thin liquid with clumps. It seemed to have separated in the bottle; Kind of like ketchup when you don't shake the bottle 1st. I usually shake things before opening and it sounded like it was a thin liquid inside. The clumps didn't break down even with warm water. I'm glad I didn't purchase a big bottle but I'm disappointed with the purchase.
Maybe not meant for my hair type
Previously used olaplex conditioner for years and wanted to try something new. After using this for 2 months I noticed a ton of hair coming out in the shower and in my hairbrush. What really freaked me out though was my hair was noticeably thinner like in my ponytail. Thisis the inly thing i changed in my routine at all. Went back to olaplex and within two weeks my hair fallout has almost completely stopped again. I have very healthy hair, I don't color it or style it with any heat at all except special occasions and lightly blow dry on cold days. Maybe my hair type is not meant for this conditioner but i was shocked at the effect this conditiner had.
I like it!
I only used a handful of time so ut may be too early to know long term effect of consistent use, but I have very brittle and dry hair due to hormones and coloring, and this conditioner left me with bouncy moisturized waves that don't break and tangle as easily… I really like it and recommend the entire Alterna line for wavy thin long abundant hair…. If you dont like it, you can always take it back ;) (this is my honest opinion, i was definitely not paid for my review ans paid full price for the product)
Hardly any slip.
Hardly any slip for an expensive conditioner. If you detangle your curly hair in the shower with conditioner, this conditioner is not for you. The shampoo is ok.

This product is fantastic! It leaves my hair looking and feeling so good.
