Before application, shake the pen. Then, start building by flicking the pen upwards to create hair-like strokes while filling in sparse areas. Let the product to dry. Last, use the clear gel to sculpt brows into desired shape and seal for up to 24 hour wear.

Effective and convenient
This might be my favorite brow product I've ever bought. It takes a little practice, but the fine tip applicator lets me fill in my brows in a way that looks like it's just more natural fine hairs, not just a block of color. The gel is good for everyday wear, but I'm not sure how well it would hold up during something like a very long, hot day. It's super convenient to have both in the same pen and I will definitely make sure to have one of these stocked in my makeup bag all the time.
Old product on shelves
I purchased this before with no problems. I opened the package and it was dried up. It makes me wonder if Ulta rotates their products to make sure the older stuff sells first. Very disappointed.
Perfect holy grail pen, gel just okay
I don't love the gel but it doesn't deter me from the fact that this pen is perfect for hair like strokes. I prefer this to the NYX pen as it's not too pigmented or thick, looks super natural in the brow area, and it lasts quite well without being difficult to remove. (The NYX would build up in the tip sometimes and I'd get super thick strokes out of nowhere.) I wouldn't necessarily wear this swimming and expect it to stay, but for every other occasion she works. I've repurchased this about 5 to 6 times now. Cannot be without it!!!
Thought I finally found the one
I used to use a few different ELF options but wasnt loving them & wanted to try domething different. I tried this and LOVED the results, however, I then went to my workout class and wow, this is not sweat proof. I had streaks of this streaming down my face and brows were blotchy. How embarasing! Maybe i didnt use enough of the gel to seal it? But i thought i used a good amount, if i need to add more, this product is not going to last long. Ill probably be going back to ELF.
