I adore the scent. However, it does not produce much of its scent into the air the way my Nest products have done in the past. I have used other diffusers (Thymes), and their scent is still present after many years. I want a diffuser that consistently produces the fragrance. I am extremely disappointed based on the price. I have the same issue with the candles.

VERY disappointed. Already spoke online with one of your reps. I want to exchange it for another of the same. I really wanted pine for the holidays. It's like someone watered it down. I have six reeds in this one and it has absolutely no aroma. I had the Himalayan Rose scent & it was too powerful with only 3 reeds. My husband made me take one of the sticks out. Sorry.
