Apply morning and night after cleansing. Lightly soak a cotton pad or use your finger tips to apply the liquid to your face and neck (avoiding your eyes). Do not rinse and follow with a moisturizer.
You can also apply the Matte Lotion on top of make-up throughout the day to absorb any excess shine.
