Scoop up a generous amount of Avocado mask.
Work the rich, unique formula between fingertips until it feels smooth and creamy.
Smooth a thick, visible layer onto clean skin.
Leave on for 15 minutes.
Rinse with warm water and massage gently in a circular motion.
Pat dry with a soft towel.
Keep out of eyes.
Recommended for use 3 times per week.

If I have had this product for more than 12 months (has been opened). Can I still use it?

Although that is the tested lifespan to assure optimal efficacy, there is, more than likely, still beneficial skin properties in the product. I would say use your best judgement. This mask is super hydrating. Noticeably hydrating. However it is hard to apply. The consistency is a bit clunky and not smooth which makes the application difficult. I have pieces falling off my face while trying to spread it. BUT if you're patient and able to spread it nicely, the results are there!

I have used and know many natural facial masks with avocado extract. Even Kiehl's used to have a very popular avocado eye cream. But this KIEHL'S AVOCADO NOURISHING HYDRATING MASK avocado mask is the best avocado product I have ever used so far. When applied, you will feel extremely cool, suitable for relaxing moments after a long, tiring day of work. When washed off, the mask dissolves and goes away quickly, much easier than mud or gel masks. The green mask reminds me of DIY masks made from fresh avocado, but fortunately it is completely odorless and does not have a green tint that sticks to the skin after washing. Overall, I give it a 10 point. For the first time after washing off the mask, my skin felt so smooth. Smoothness is not simply softness or moisture, the immediate effects after applying any type of mask, but also the smoothness of the skin. It's hard to believe, but there has never been a skin care product, or even makeup, that makes my skin so smooth. Use the back of your hand to gently rub it, you will see it slide smoothly on the skin, seemingly without any lumps or roughness getting in the way. Where have they disappeared to??? Personally, I rate this avocado mask 10/10.
