Why do you change and discontinue?

I have mature skin and the eyeshadow goes on smooth and velvety without settling in the lines and creases. The pallet is beautiful and watching a few people apply it online was extremely helpful. I don't wear makeup every day but, this is very easy to apply and, very forgiving.
Improve Descriptions!!!!
I am somewhat colorblind, and I am 67 years of age. So it would be really helpful if you would describe all the colors in the palette. It would also be nicer if things would expand and the print was just a little bit larger. So I don't have to get out my reading glasses after I got my cataract surgery done. I've been using Clinique since I've been a teenager. So I'm not the only one that has a problem with the print being too light or too small. And is it really that hard to give a better description? I see people were asking if the finish was matte. Seriously you're putting together information online, and every minor detail matters on whether or not I choose your product or somebody else's

This eye shadow is very dry. It doesn't glide on like eyeshadow usually does. The compact is difficult to open as well. I love Clinique face moisturizers and chunky lip color, but I won't buy their eye shadow again. It's very expensive as not as smooth and saturated as other less expensive brands.
