Step 1: Wet skin & bar.
Step 2: Massage onto the body using the contoured side to buff rough or textured areas like outer arms, thighs, elbows, knees, calves, and lower buttocks.
Step 3: Use the flat side to smooth larger areas like arms, legs, décolletage, and back.
Step 4: Rinse thoroughly. Use 2--3 times a week.
Step 5: Follow with a moisturizer like our nourishing Body Balm for best results.

It exfoliates more than nothing, but the bar isn't dense enough with the physical exfoliating beads to make much of a difference. I have been using this for almost 2 weeks and it's amazing on my skin it leaves me feeling so soft my skin is sensitive and this did my skin just will definitely be adding this to my collection
Scrub the heck outta your skin
This buffing bar is the real deal if you need exfoliation. Not that Treehut level garbage. Go slow or you will probably regret it. It's a good size bar for the price, especially if on sale. It's just as good as a pricier option I found elsewhere. Also note there is a slight herby fragrance but it disappeared.

It has a pleasant scent, but it's quite strong. The fragrance lasts on the skin for about 2–3 hours. It's compact and easy to use, and it doesn't melt quickly like some other products. It works quite well on the skin.

This product immediately leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth, and after using it consistently three times a week for four weeks, I've noticed my skin looks more radiant with a reduction in hyperpigmentation. The only drawback is the scent. I found it a bit sharp (possibly from the rosemary oil), but I can look past that since there is no added artificial fragrance.
