I'm a huge fan of this one! My first time using retinol, and even though I have somewhat sensitive skin, I find this to be gentle. I only use it about twice a week and if my skin is feeling on the dry side, I will use a light barrier serum between my skin and the retinol. I've never had any irritation.

Great retinol but listen to their instructions. This is stronger, so start with their smaller dose. I definitely layer my face with moisturizer and serums when I use this.
