Decent, Great Light Shades

After reading some of the reviews that said that the lightest shade as "too light" - I had a ray of hope that this would work for me. It mostly does - it's by no means too light and edges pretty close to being too dark for me but it is a better match than many of the concealers I have wasted money o...n. I don't know if I got a dud or not but mine is very dry, almost powdery and doesn't like to come out of the tube and into the brush. I've used many of these brush type applicators before and haven't had this trouble with most products, so I was a little shocked that this one is so difficult. I'm tempted to take the brush off and depot it into a jar so that I can use it more easily. Additionally, this product has more of an odor than any of the Jane Iredale products I've tried to date - and it's not a sweet, fruity smell like the Glow Time BB Cream. It smells like the heavy pan makeup I remember from the 90s. All of that said, even with the trouble getting it out of the tube and the odor, it's probably the best concealer I've found for someone that's very pale. (I wear Glow Time in BB1 and the Pure Pressed in Ivory.) As always, the packaging is sleek and chic. It's a classic look without feeling dated, which can be a hard balance to strike. Definitely worth a try if you're hard to match!
