I'm super picky about mascara because a lot of them either burn my eyes or apply too thick for my liking - but this one was great! I was looking for a subtle, natural boost and it delivered! Stays once dried and comes off easy with micellar water.
easy to apply
as a person with mobility issues in my hands, I rarely wear makeup except on special occasions. I usually only do some concealer and mascara. I like a wand that's easy to hold onto, doesn't pull out a ton of excess product at the tip (that i could potentially make a mess with), and is evenly shaped. this meets all of those criteria. I never saw any flaking and it covered my lashes evenly. I have hooded eyes so I actually prefer not to have lengthening or my lashes would touch my eyelids and get mascara on them. I also appreciate cute packaging and this is really nice.
Great formula, but too dark
This mascara is easy to apply and remove, and my lashes look nice when applied; however, it is closer to black than brown. I've purchased other brown mascaras from ColourPop in the past, and got a much softer, lighter shade when dry.
