Cleanse your skin as you normally would before using the Acne Treatment Bar. Work the bar into a lather in your hands. Spread lather over the entire affected area, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry. Use once daily and gradually increase to twice per day if needed, or as directed by your dermatologist.
Precautions: For external use only. Do not use if you have very sensitive skin are sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. When using this product skin irritation may occur, characterized by redness, burning, itching, peeling, or possibly swelling. Irritation may be reduced by using the product less frequently or in a lower concentration. Skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time. Avoid unnecessary sun exposure and use a sunscreen. Avoid contact with the eyes, lips, and mouth. Avoid contact with hair and dyed fabrics, which may be bleached by this product Stop use and ask a doctor if irritation becomes severe. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

So it's a pretty decent product. Lathers well and it is fragrance free. It is a very gentle exfoliator. Compared to other exfoliating products by Panoxyl, it is pretty tame, which I appreciate. While this face wash bar was extremely beneficial to having a clear face, I couldn't get over the smell of it. It wasn't a horrible smell, but it wasn't that pleasant either.

I really enjoyed trying PanOxyl. I noticed my acne is much better after using the bar as my only face cleanser for about one week. I did experience some mild dry skin, but nothing a little moisturizer didn't alleviate.

I have been using this daily for 2wks now. I constantly have acne and can't tell you how long it's been since my skin has been clear. Since using this product my acne has cleared up and my skin isn't dried out!!!! It's amazing!!
