Wet area to be cleansed. Apply acne wash and gently massage area for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry, because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with 1 application daily, then gradually increase to 2 or 3 times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of both products and ask a doctor.
Precautions: For external use only Do not use if you: Have very sensitive skin. Are sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. When using this product: Skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time. Avoid unnecessary sun exposure and use a sunscreen. Avoid contact with the eyes, lips and mouth. Avoid contact with hair and dyed fabrics, which may be bleached by this product. Skin irritation may occur, characterized by redness, burning, itching, peeling, or possibly swelling. Irritation may be reduced by using the product less frequently or in a lower concentration. Stop use and ask a doctor if: Irritation becomes severe If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Helps Hormonal Acne!
Im in my late 30's and have been struggling with hormonal acne mostly on my chin/jawline, and have been trying all kinds of products and different active ingredients for the last 6 months trying to find what works. Before trying this is was using the Salicylic acid cleanser by Inkey List, which didn't seem to do much for me. After a few days of using this PanOxyl cleanser once a day, my skin has improved a lot- to the point where other people around me have commented on my skin looking better. Now i will say that if you're combo/dry skin like me, i wouldn't use it 2x/day because it is drying. And it doesnt lather that great, making you have to use more to really coat your whole face. Normally i would knock off a star for these cons, but the pros are so good i still gave it 5 stars!
Dries skin
Not for dry skin. The cleanse is ok but dried my face out really bad
great cleanser but do not use dark washcloth
Great cleanser felt very clean and did not dry my face out. I have combo skin and little acne but do have milia which this seem to help. The only negative is i used a dark grey washcloth and it did ruin it turned it with spots of orange from peroxide.
Broke me out so bad
I have clear skin 90% of the time, within 3 days of starting this (stuck with it for 3 weeks), my entire face was covered in zits. I had heard this product causes "purging" for some, to me it was just not worth it
use a oatmel toner with this!!!!!
Ifyou have combination to oily acne prone skin I definitely recommend this, just start using any other day and leave it on for no more than 1 min, gradually increse the time 2min ands if you find a oatmeal toner Gilrl get it, excellent combo.
