Start at the base of lashes and wiggle brush up to the tip of lashes. Repeat to build. To apply to lower lashes, hold wand vertically. Do not pump brush in container-this adds air that can dry out the mascara. To prevent clumping, let mascara dry between coats. Remove with your favourite Clinique eye makeup remover.

Been using this mascara for 10+ years and its my favorite! Yes, it is trickier to remove, but the price im willing to pay for it to stay on all day and never any flaking or racoon eyes. I find basic baby oil has been the best at removing

This mascara used to stay put all day, but over the past few months both of my last two tubes have started smudging and leaving black circles under my eyes. I thought the first tube was defective, but the second did the same thing. It really seems like the formula has changed. I work a regular office job, so there's no sweating or humidity involved, and I've since switched to a different brand because it no longer performs the way it used to.

I am very active, love being outdoors and do lots of varying sports, work, etc. in changing temperatures. I may start my day outside in 90+ heat and end at work with -20 temps. This is the only mascara I have found that resists smudging and holds up throughout the whole day. It is fantastic and the only one I will wear. Perfect for my sensitive eyes too.

This was my go to waterproof mascara for years. Now within a couple of hours, I have black under my eyes and on top my eyelid? What did you do Clinique??? Why would you change a great product? You must have for it to not work anymore...very disappointed.

Does Clinique's Rinse-off Eye Makeup Remover Solvent remove this mascara completely?
