Inclusive Guest Experience
Creating an inclusive shopping experience begins with training associates on how to serve our guests. Inclusion in Action, our quarterly training on inclusivity and unconscious bias, is now mandatory for all Ulta Beauty associates—53,000 individuals. For our salon teams, in particular, it’s important that we provide education on how to provide top-quality service for all skin shades and hair types. In 2022, we held an inaugural rally to educate services teams on working with textured hair. As we diversify our product assortment, our brand partners have been powerful resources for educating associates—who, in turn, can better serve our guests.
