I'd been using Chubby Sticks for eyes and lips and was excited to try the one for cheeks. I couldn't decide on a shade based on the onscreen colors, so I did a photo chat with a Clinique consultant and she recommended Plumped Up Peony for my fair skin with pink undertones. It's a sheer berry tint and looks great. These are so easy to apply. You can put the color right where you want and it blends really nicely. I won't be going back to powder blush anytime soon.
I have to say I am very disappointed you have changed your stick blush. I have been using the older product for a long time, always bought 2 at a time. I was given the Chubby stick when I went to Nordstrom's Clinique counter and asked for 03 Rosy Blush. I was shocked when I got home to find what looked like a large crayon. I believe the diameter is smaller and it takes quite a few swiped to get color.
I dont feel it blends well at all. This formula is not as creamy and smooth as the other blush. The 03 color isnt the same, and it takes a few swipes to get any color at all on my cheeks. It used to be a no brainer, swipe and blend and out the door. I understand the nice silver tube of old was probably more expensive to manufacture, but wish you kept the same color range and product formula and had and put it into the crayon tube you now have. I don't know if the good grades have come from customers who havent used the previous tube blush and maybe they dont know any better. I dont understand why, as they say "if it aint broke, dont fix it." I always have bought Clinique cosmetics, but I wont frequent your counter any more. I see the old product sells online by rogue sellers for up to $59.00!!! For the price to go that high, customers are still clambering for it. Bring it back!

I love The natural look at it gives. Fast to use and easy to carry in your purse.

I'm very very pale and a natural redhead, mostly Irish and Northern European ancestry, and Amped Up Apple is perfect for me!
I gently apply this in one sweeping motion from the apples of my cheek and along my cheek bones. Imagine my cheeks looking like a football player (you know the black smudges or tape/sticker under their eyes to cut out glare from the sun) that's how I look before I use my middle and ring fingers to buff the color out in a circular motion. I also love how I can build up the color from a sheer tint to a more noticeable look.
I can apply this without having to look in a mirror (scary, right?!) and I know it looks great. I'm so use to applying this product I know how much pressure I must use to get a desired look.

This works just as I had hoped. I wanted color for my cheeks and lids. I use a little moisturizer to help blend in the color. Not heavy or sticky.

Great blush. Stays on and is blendable and buildable. Great Color, (plumped by peony 04). Easy to apply. This is my second purchase of this type of blush. In the past I purchased (amp'd up apple) which was great also.

Love this chubby stick for cheeks. I chose Amp'd Up Apple. It's a beautiful neutral color. I am a dark-brunette with fair skin, hazel eyes. The color is marvelous. Just a couple dabs on my cheekbones is enough to blend out into a natural glow. I'm 58 years old and I like to keep my makeup more on the classic/natural side. The consistency is super, just right for blending nicely right after I put my foundation on. A dusting of loose powder afterwards finishes it all off perfectly. I don't know why I waited so long to get on the chubby stick bandwagon, they are so easy to use and gives a beautiful finished result.

The color was perfect, but blush is not as creamy as I imagined, so I had a bit of difficulty evening out the color. It was much easier to use without foundation. I've only used powder before, so perhaps I need more practice.

Clinique Chubby Stick has great shades which I switch from Summer to Fall.

I have used for a long time. It doesn't look harsh or heavy, very natural. It's a good buy.

I bought this in the apple color. It's super natural and buildable. It's best to apply with fingertips, sometimes a brush will blend it out too much. Love the color and want to try them all!

I like the concept of this very much, however, the Amp'd Up Apple hardly shows on my skin (Intense Ivory shade). The texture is nice, however, Maybe a darker color would have been a better option for me.

First time use of this product and I absolutely love it. Im over 50, fair skin, brown hair. I chose roly poly rosy and I am very pleased with it. I just gently and lightly dot it on where I want to have a little color and then blend a little. Easy peasy and it looks very natural. A little goes a long way, as well.
Bexmum from Colorado
I've tried roly poly rosy and a more coral chubby stick, and I really love these colors on my cheeks. Can't go wrong with them. Easy to use.

Wanted an alternative to powder blushers for older skin. Really love this one by Clinique. Easy to apply and blend. Looks very natural.

I've purchased several of these blush sticks. The newest one I bought has a very heavy, greasy texture. Not good for hot, humid summer days.
Love Clinique products and use them exclusively. This one just disappointed me.
The recent purchase was the robust rhubarb shade. Very pale, peach color.

I like easy makeup - the kind that applies easily and without mess and travels well. I also prefer cream based blushes, and in a stick format, which is hard to come by. I saw these and debated for a while and then finally decided to try them. I ordered the Roly Poly Rosy first. It is a very bright pink, not for the faint of heart or those who are blush-shy. But I adore the color. And I was really blown away by these tints! They are creamy, easy to apply, easy to blend, and they wear really well. I went back and ordered the Robust Rhubarb too - it is a peachy pink that is much more muted, in my mind. I like that one on my "no makeup" look days. For reference, I am a fair skinned, very Scandinavian looking woman in my late 40s. My skin is sensitive and easily thrown off balance breaking out or becoming too oily or too dry if I use the wrong products. These cheek tints have not irritated my skin at all. I would absolutely recommend!
As a side note, I also ordered the hefty highlighter stick and it gives a lovely soft highlight to my cheek bones and temples.

I have struggled with powder blushes, and so this is a great alternative, the shade is great

I bought this to put in a "chubby stick kit" to go with the foundation stick, highlighting stick, and the chubby lip stick. I love them all. Glides on smooth. Easy to apply. Subtle elegance is KEY with blush application or else you look like you're headed to the circus -- and this product achieves that elegance.
