Can this be removed/cleaned up with your average micellar water?

How do you keep the applicator tip from fraying? The stray fragments are unavoidable and if I'm not careful the fragments poke me in the eye. What is the suggestion to keep the tip from doing this? Otherwise, I really like this liner but may have to look for another eyeliner due to this annoyance.

I normally use Kat Von D Ink Liner, but I was out and low on money, so I bought this. It's a good product and stays on a long time, and does create great, precise lines. Favorite liner!
This has been the only eyeliner I've used for the past 4 years. I love it! Lasts long, pigmented, quick drying, and super precise! Unfortunately though, it is prone to leaks. I have also noticed that in the past year, I have had to buy replacements due to leakage as well as the product drying out more frequently than I have had to in previous years. Did the formula change? While this is inconvenient and frustrating, it's not enough to make me look for a different eyeliner. I will always go for my Epic Ink!
Already repurchased
Affordable, super wet, and lasts all day. All the prestige versions of this product have been a let down and dry out quickly. I've only been using mine for about a week, but it's always as wet as the day I opened it and have used it EVERY DAY since buying it. And bought another (Milk chocolate, then graham cracker). I absolutely love the browns!
formula change
i have been using this eyeliner for years but all the recent liners ive bought dry out super fast and do not last as long on my eyes. i would only have to buy every 5 months but now it feels like i have to buy a new one every month. its very disappointing, i think i need to find a new go to waterproof liner.
Fabulous budget eyeliner choice!
I purchased this eyeliner for the belt tip. I typically use only high-end make up and I found this budget choice in an awesome color. I'm so glad that I tried it! It glides on smoothly and last all day. I highly recommend.
Formula change? bring back the old formula!
I have been using this eyeliner since I was 14 years old and I am now almost 30. In the last year or so of re purchasing this product I have bought four pens and they have all be extremely subpar. Either too dry, or the ink comes out so much that is bleeds in my eyes, the bristles damage after the second or third use, the formula is patchy, and the fact that is absoloutely stings/burns my eyes is the biggest indicator of a forumla change. That has never happened before in the years of me purchasing this product. I have no idea what they have changed but PLEASE bring the old formula back. After purchasing four pens in a row (because I thought I had just got a defective pen each time) I will not be purchasing anymore. Such a shame because I have been using this for so long.
