I don't care how difficult people claim it is to get this product to come out i love it. It leaves my lips so soft and conditioned. And the coloered ones leave such a beautiful sheer flush of color.

Susan Yara DELIVERED on these balms! They're thick but not sticky, deeply hydrating, perfectly shiny, and the color is just enough to add a little sumpin' sumpin without being overly dramatic. My ONLY critique is the packaging. The applicator is amazing but the formula is so thick, it's hard to squeeze out of the tube without fear of it rupturing. Wouldn't deter me from repurchasing, but something to consider if looking to make changes to packacking.
