Refreshing Skin
The Ultra Repair hydrating pillow pads are refreshing and moisturizing but because I have sensitive skin I gotta make sure I don't use it as sample time as certain skin products.
It's a nice addition to my skincare routine
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was really excited to try these, especially now that winter is here and my skin turns into a dry, flaky mess. The pads are a nice size and one was always enough for my whole face. They're not super wet or drippy, which I appreciated. It feels like they have just the right amount of product on them. I used them at night right after washing my face and before any of my regular creams. They're supposed to work as a leave-on spot treatment too, but I honestly have no idea how that would stay put without sliding right off, so I didn't even attempt that part. As for results, I can't say they gave me more hydration than my usual moisturizers, but they also didn't irritate my skin or make anything worse. They just kind of added a light layer of moisture before the rest of my routine. Overall, I don't think I'd repurchase them for myself, but I'm glad I got the chance to try them and I'll definitely keep using the rest of the jar.
Great for dry skin

I have very dry skin and am always looking for a hydration boost. I have been using these a few times a week after cleansing and I absolutely love the way my skin feels after applying. I prefer to spot treat and leave the pads on my skin for a few minutes before rubbing it around on my face. Immediately after use, my skin feels moisturized and soft, glowing with hydration. Made with Colloidal Oatmeal, this formula is made to help calm sensitive and irritated skin. Ceramides and squalane both seal in moisture, boosting your skin barrier and improving texture. I love that this brand uses only clean ingredients, is cruelty free, and uses no artificial fragrances, you can feel good using this on your sensitive skin! If it is within your beauty budget, I would recommend this product to someone seeking extra hydration for dry, tight skin.
But for hydration!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] These are so good. I applied it to the dry area around my nose and it totally worked! I have only used it for a week. My driest area is now moisturizing! I have really sensitive skin and no break outs with it. It helps my patchiness and peeling areas. Totally affordable!
Very thick and they are not gentle with the skin
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I would have loved to like this product, but unfortunately, I don't. To begin with, the smell: these pads smell strongly of sunscreen. Also, after a few seconds, I started to feel a burning sensation on my skin, and it wasn't just me; I tried it on my husband, and it left red marks on his face where it burned him. I definitely don't recommend it at all.
