I like how this serum is hydrating as it minimizes your pimple. This definitely helps your skin heal from any existing pimples. I apply this serum in the evening after hydraulic acid. I have super sensitive skin and it works for me.

I so wanted to love this. It may have helped some areas of my skin - decreased pore size, however, I have had the worst acne/white heads cheeks. I have never had acne issues my whole life until I started this product. I have read mixed reports that niacinamide could cause purging and others that say it does not. If I knew there was an end in site, I might keep going but my face looks so bad that I think I'm going to have to stop.

I started using this serum a few months ago and this is my second bottle. I am middle aged, but my skin doesn't seem to know that and acts as if it's still in hormonal teen years. My sensitive skin has large pores and a troublesome shiny T-zone yet dry skin in other areas. After trying a few different products with mixed results of breakouts, dryer skin and splotchy redness, I found Keil's High-Potency Niacinamide Serum. After applying to my face twice a day for a few weeks after washing, my skin had noticeably smaller pores and less T-zone shine. Upon continued use, my skin has maintained the improved condition without the harsh effects of some other high-end company products. If you have sensitive skin that won't seem to grow up, this is an excellent option to try out.
