Overnight Deeply Hydrating Face Mask: After cleansing at night, use fingertips and apply a healthy layer of the mask onto clean skin. Gently massage onto skin until texture transforms from balm to oil, allowing the formula to melt into skin. Pat excess into skin, neck and chest and do not rinse. Allow to work overnight, and in the morning, follow your normal regimen. Kiehl's recommends using this overnight face mask 3x per week.
Gentle Cleansing Balm: Use fingertips to gently massage a small amount onto dry skin. Wipe off with dry face cloth. For a deeper clean and hydration, leave on for 60 seconds before removing.
15-Minute Treatment: For deeper hydration on dry areas needing extra nourishment, apply a visible layer of formula on skin and leave on for 15 minutes. Tissue off any remaining formula.

I was excited to try this after seeing it advertised in a magazine awhile back. The mask felt great going, it turns into a silky skin balm. I applied it to my neck as well after liking the feel and consistency. My skin had an allergic reaction to something in it. I not sure what could be affecting my skin. I always make a trip to Khiels when I visit my family in San Diego. Unfortunately I will have to donate this because I don't have a store near where I live and it will be awhile before I'm back in San Diego. High hopes only to be disappointed.

I use this mask all the time in the summer in the dry desert. It's a life saver. I could wear it all day and over night to be honest. Ive never had a mask feel this moist. It's honestly my favorite moisture mask and I HIGHLY recommend it.

Previous formula (I want to say without the Squalane but not 100% sure) which was more gel-like formula made my skin glow every morning. It was so hydrating and plumping. The new formulation does nothing for my skin. It has a solid coconut oil consistency and does not hydrate my skin at all overnite. Yes, I have been looking elsewhere for an overnite mask. From my experience, they never bring back the old formula...probably something to do with profit margin.
