So far so good! I purchased this from Ulta last week and just used this for the first time yesterday early evening. Did all my usual prep and then applied the tanner after applying barrier cream to hands, wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, and feet. It was easy to apply and definitely dries quickly, so this tanner isn't for beginners. I'm also fairly skinned but an avid tanner which is why I gave this one a go. I double coated everything except my hands, feet, and legs since my legs usually turn out darker than the rest of me, as do my hands and feet. I rinsed at the one hour mark and I didn't have much color at all left, but I figured it would keep developing and I was right! I woke up with a beautiful tan! If this wears well and scrubs off easily, this will get 5 stars and forever be my go-to so I don't have to sleep in tanner or spend most of a day marinating in it! I definitely think if you want to be tan same-day, you should apply in the morning so you're tan by evening because as I said, when I first rinsed there was minimal color left behind at that point. Other than that, I'm super pleased with the color payoff this morning and it's not streaky and my hands and feet look great! I also washed my hands with soap at the one hour mark to be safe and I'm glad I did. I think if I hadn't they'd be too dark. Next time I'll double coat my legs I think since they didn't get as dark as I thought they would but they still have great color.

I've been using Bondi Sands ultra dark for years now and was so excited to have it in express. Well it doesnt work lol. Literally followed the bottle and it washed right off. Stick to fhe original and wearing it for 8 hours

I've been an avid self tanner for 10 years, I've tried them ALL but Bondi has always been my favorite. I followed the instructions to a T, left in on for 2 hours..the color was an amazing DARK brown but all of the color rinsed down the drain. Ugh.

I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. This product falls right in line with everything else Bondi Sands. It was easy to use, smells good and gave great color. I should mention I did leave this on overnight as I usually do vs for a shorter express time as this is directed to be used. I'm always looking for the darkest tan possible so leaving it on over night is a must for me. I should also mention I used this on my face but not my hands and feet (I use Bondi Sands gradual tanner as I usually would do). Also make sure you use a mitt! Nothing will ever top the Bondi sands Aerated foam line. The aerated tanner is absolutely my favorite and gives me the best and darkest results I've found anywhere, along with being so pleasant to use, so that is what I will continue to purchase, but I don't think you can go wrong here either! I'm going to further test this tanner so I will keep ya posted!

Loved the dark color and the way it dried so fast! I wish it would stay as dark when it washes off, but it didn't.
