The Conair True Glow Thermal Spa Heated Beauty Mitts have a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature. This plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature. This appliance is intended for household use only. Do not use outdoors. Use on alternating current (60 hertz) only heated mitts are easy to use. Simply apply your favorite lotion to your hands and gently rub into skin. Use a piece of plastic cling wrap (not included) and wrap each of your hands. After selecting temperature (High, Medium or Low), slip your wrapped hands into the mitts, and relax while the soothing heat goes to work on dry, chapped skin. Heated Mitts will help soften and smooth your skin. The benefit of deep heat, combined with a hand and body lotion or moisturizer, helps to promote healthy-looking nails and cuticles. For maximum benefit, use should not exceed 20 minutes at one time.
Precautions: Never allow the power supply cord to be pulled, twisted or severely bent. Never wrap the cord tightly around the unit. Damage will occur at the high flex point of entry into the unit, causing it to rupture and short circuit. Inspect the cord frequently for damage. Stop use immediately if damage is visible or if unit stops or operates intermittently. If cord or unit is damaged or does not operate properly, return it for repair to an authorized Conair Service Representative only. No repairs should be attempted by the consumer.

To be honest I loved this mitt! My cuticles have been so dry as of late and as I'm watching tv I'll just add some vitamin E to them and stick them in the mitt and they are hydrated as if I just got my nails done. It also a relaxing moment for me.

Initially I didn't think I would enjoy this product BUT it's exceeded my expectations. My hands tend to be dry and washing dishes and constantly washing my hands. I used a moisturizing hand cream, afterwards I wrapped my hands with plastic wraps and tucked my hands into the thermal mitts. I let it do its magic for 20 mins (max time instructed) and WOW my hands are so soft, moisturized and warm! I definitely tested out the 3 different temperature settings & enjoyed all 3 settings BUT I just preferred the warmest setting. It never got hot, just warmer, never had a burning sensation, so its very safe and comfortable to use! I highly recommend watching along with your face bravo shows!

I've never used a product like this before and I must say I LOVE IT! I wash my hands frequently, the downside to that is I'm always in a way with my hands to keep them moisturized. This product helps give my hands that extra support in moisture that it needs.

As a new parent in the midst of a global pandemic, to say I was my hands a lot is an understatement. I apply hand cream throughout the day and before bed but they are consistently dry by evening time every day. I lathered up my hands generously with hand cream, set the Conair mitts to medium and popped on my favorite TV show. Within 10 minutes my lotion had absorbed and my hands were refreshed. This is certainly going to become part of my evening routine once baby is asleep.

the only thing about this that I wish they would improve is the heat...it doesn't feel hot enough for me.
