Adults and Children 6 years of age and older: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits(to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children under 6 years of age: consult a dentist or doctor. *For 24 HR Cavity Protection, rinse daily after brushing and flossing.
Precautions: Keep out of the reach of children. If spilled on fabrics, wash out immediately. This product was sealed with protective packaging at the laboratory.

Been using this rinse morning and night, and the difference is super noticeable—my teeth look way brighter and old stains actually faded, and I feel minty fresh. It has clean ingredients, keeps new stains from showing up (even with my coffee habit), and the packaging is really pretty. A bit on the pricier side, but honestly worth it.

I received this product for free for my honest review. The bottle says it is "Dazzling Mint". There is nothing dazzling about it. It has very little mint in the taste.. I used this multiple times, but could not get past how much I dislike the taste of it. My mouth had a weird taste after using it and I didn't feel like I had fresh breath. Would not recommend.

I was so excited to try the TheraBreath Oral Rinse in Dazzling Mint! My fiancé and I have been using the original one for years! So of course I knew I would love this product. It leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean without that burning sensation. And the next morning my mouth still feels pretty fresh! Love this product and it will be in my routine for a long time!

I have used this product for about a week and my teeth are visible whiter. I believe once the bottle is finished I will see major results. The mint taste isn't too overpowering but it does tingle slightly when you are swishing it around. I think this product is priced well for the size and effectiveness.
