Adults and Children 6 years of age and older: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits(to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children under 6 years of age: consult a dentist or doctor. *For 24 HR Cavity Protection, rinse daily after brushing and flossing.
Precautions: Keep out of the reach of children. If spilled on fabrics, wash out immediately. This product was sealed with protective packaging at the laboratory.

They only had this one so I bought it. Been seeing this brand for years and always wanted to try it. Finally got the opportunity and enjoyed it. My teeth felt clean and the value at the store was reasonable. Simple bottle and good scent. Overall decent ingredients I can read.

Being this is the first time I've ever tried this brand of mouthwash I was slightly impressed that it did not have alcohol in it, and as much as it bubbled that there wasn't peroxide in it either. I feel like it did give more of a longer lasting fresh breath than the other brand I use. However, the aftertaste is odd. Even my husband liked it, and it got rid of his coffee breath. I think I'd buy it if it wasn't so much more expensive than the other brand comparing cost per oz.

This mouthwash is a life changer. I love the flavor and how fresh it makes my breath. I also noticed whiter teeth within a week of use. The bottle is easy to open. Definitely worth the price.

I really like this brand and the whitening mouthwash didn't disappoint. I like fresh smell and there's no alcohol so it doesn't burn. I didn't notice extra whitening with daily usage.
