I have super fine hair and am always leery trying a new product - often they're too heavy and weigh down my hair! This was very light but effective, has a nice smell (not too overpowering) and my hair was smooth and silky between washes. I didn't notice any kind of residue on my scalp thru my ends. This is a great product to fight off frizz! Will come in handy in the summer.
