Idk what's in this but it works
I have struggled with mascaras that smudge no matter what. Waterproof, regular, water resistant, they all smudge, except this one. Again, I don't know whats in this or if this is just their usual mascara in a spongebob package, but it's my favorite. WET N WILD PLEASE MAKE THIS FORMULA PERMANENT WHATEVER IT IS!!!
It's great for about 15 seconds
I will give this mascara some due - the pigment does cover my black lashes with a beautiful light blue and it does a decent job separating my lashes without too much clumping. The formula does not sting or hurt my eyes. However, the mascara is not good at lengthening or preventing my lashes from falling (which stands out to me, since I think the bare minimum for a mascara to be classified as "decent" or "good" is to lift the lashes). Plus the pigment stains the skin around my eyes! I double-cleanse my face at the end of the day and use cleansers that are specifically designed for eye makeup and even then, the pigment will stay on my eyes for a couple of days before I can completely remove it. Maybe it is a skill issue on my end, but even other colored mascaras are not this resistance to cleansing.
