How To Use
Activate with water or setting spray and comb through brows to hold in place.
Step 1: Dampen the spoolie side of the e.l.f. Brow Lift Applicator with e.l.f.'s Stay All Night Micro-Fine Setting Mist or water, then dip directly into Soap Brow. Step 2: Brush the spoolie through clean brows, directing hairs upwards for a fluffy, lifted look that stays put. PRO TIP: Fill in sparse areas of your brows with the e.l.f.
