Use tools after a warm shower when your face is clean, and pores are open. Use the blackhead extractor tool to gently remove blackheads by positioning the curved tip over the blackhead and gently press to extract. Use the pointed tip to carefully pull out the blackhead or solid extraction. Use the dual-ended tools by placing the loop over the blemish, confining the area. Apply slow and even pressure to extract. If it is not extracting, do not persist. Keep the area clean to allow proper healing. Apply a cold, clean washcloth against the area after to further soothe. After use, disinfect the tools by soaking them in 70% isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or antibacterial soap for 30 minutes. Store the tools in the travel case for easy organization.
