HOW TO REPLACE THE FILTER CARTRIDGE
- STEP 1: While your Shower Filter is already in place, use one hand to hold onto the bottom of the Shower Filter. Then, twist the filter cap counterclockwise to remove it and access the existing filter cartridge.
- STEP 2: Remove the old filter cartridge and slide the new one into the Shower Filter with the black band facing downwards. Then, reattach the filter cap by twisting it clockwise for a secure fit.
- STEP 3: Run the water for at least a minute to activate the new filter & flush out any air bubbles for a seamless flow.
Pro tip: To maintain your elevated shower experience, change the filter cartridge every 3 months.*

UHMAZING!!!
I literally had to take a few minutes to just sit down and type out this review. I don't ever review products, LIKE EVER! But…this one little filter has changed my hair in the best way. It has only been a week and I already feel the difference in my hair. I let my hair air dry after showering and mix Kérastase Elixir Ultime and Ouai leave in conditioner in my palms and distribute it throughout my hair while still damp. Before using this filter my hair wasn't in rough shape but did feel a bit crispy before completely drying. I've noticed that the frizz in my hair while air drying is less and my hair feels silky soft to the touch no longer stiffish while running my fingers through it. I can really say it is the water filter because that is the only thing that has changed in my hair care routine. Absolutely love it and I hope they don't do away with it like every other favorite gem I come accross.
It was never low porosity, just hard water.
This filter helped my hair tremendously! For years, my thick, type 4 hair has been rough, dry, and coarse. I've wasted a lot of money on products without the problem being solved, ultimately thinking it was gut related and low porosity. It was neither of those things, just hard water! The 1st time I used it, I noticed a change. However, the 2nd time using it, I felt the water hit my scalp (a feeling I haven't felt in years, even after using clarifying shampoos). I'm so happy to see my hair absorb the products I put on it now. Please keep selling this item and include ones for the bathroom and kitchen sinks, my nails need help :).

It was very easy to install. Whether it was the Rosemary shampoo, conditioner, and cherry body soap. The lather on the soaps was a higher and the conditioner seemed to cover with less. I had been using the rice shampoo and conditioner. Plus I had been using the shea body soap. I'll find out more when I switch back to the latter products .I do like the Rosemary hair products a lot Mary K.

This is my second time purchasing this shower filter refill, and I'll definitely be buying more in the future. It works really well and makes a noticeable difference in the water quality. Super easy to replace and totally worth it!

I didnt realize that the screw part to put on your shower is plastic and not metal so I put the tape on my shower and put it on.. didn't even screw it that tight, and the threads of the filter just completely fell apart. I was so excited and really looking forward to using this. Im so Disappointed. Im sure this is a good product but I would definitely maybe use someone else who makes a metal filter instead of plastic.
